Privacy Policy

Northmark collects the information you provide when you request a quote, contact us, or place an order. This can include your name, company, email, phone number, engraving details, shipping address, and order information. We use it to answer your request, fulfill your order, and provide customer support. Payment details are handled by our payment processor.

Our site uses Google Analytics to understand site activity. For visitors identified as being in Canada, we display an advertising notice and use the Meta Pixel unless you turn it off. For other or unknown locations, we load it only after you choose “Allow tracking”. Existing declined choices and supported browser Global Privacy Control signals are respected. It records page views, product views, additions to cart, checkout starts, successful corporate quote and contact requests, and completed purchases. The purchase event includes product identifiers, order value, and CAD currency. Our Meta event payloads do not include names, email addresses, shipping details, engraving text, or payment details. Meta may use Pixel information to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising.

You can turn off Meta advertising tracking using “Turn off ad tracking” in the notice or change your choice using “Ad privacy”. We store that choice in your browser.
